POLICIES
The following policies have been thoughtfully created to help maintain a calm, intentional experience for every client. Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Lily Lymphatics.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service. No-show appointments will also be charged in full.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Lily Dempsey, CMT, at (916) 586-6298 by phone call or text message. To ensure your request is received promptly, cancellations and rescheduling requests cannot be accepted via email or direct message.
I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
LATE
To help keep appointments running on time for everyone, please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened, as appointment times cannot be extended. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show appointment and will be subject to the full service fee. This policy exists to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care, I am unable to provide the same intentional experience when a session must be rushed due to a late arrival.
For your first visit, I recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to find the studio, use the restroom, and settle in before your appointment begins.
CREDIT CARD FEES
To help keep my service pricing as consistent as possible, clients will be responsible for credit card processing fees. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
If you’d like to avoid the processing fee, you’re welcome to pay with a debit card, Venmo, or cash, as these payment methods do not incur an additional fee.
CARD ON FILE
To help support my cancellation and no-show policy, all clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with my cancellation policy, and you will always be notified before any charge is processed.
WOMEN ONLY
Please note: This does not apply to existing male clients.
As my practice has grown, I’ve become increasingly passionate about supporting women’s health and well-being. Moving forward, I will no longer be accepting new male clients.
This decision allows me to focus on the community I feel most called to serve and to create an experience that is intentionally designed with women’s wellness in mind. It also helps me maintain a practice that feels sustainable, aligned, and supportive for both my clients and myself.
With limited appointment availability, I have chosen to reserve openings for female clients and my existing clientele. Thank you for your understanding and support as my practice continues to grow.
